HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
Call us at 1-306-347-2273 or 1-877-522-7464 and we can schedule an appointment for you with any of our counsellors.
Emergency situations are considered on a case-by-case basis and are usually dealt with within 48 hours.
You can also book an appointment directly from this website.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Our rates vary from $30.00 to $130 per 50-minute session based on individual circumstances. Depending on where you work, you may have an assistance program such as Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) or an Employee and Family Assistance Plan (EFAP) that will pay for all or part of the fee.
If that isn’t the case, then you can discuss the cost with the Office Manager who will use a sliding scale based on a client’s earnings. Please do not let cost prevent you from coming and getting the help that you need. Our first priority is to serve those who come to us.

Our hours for appointments are:
- Monday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Tuesday 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Wednesday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Thursday 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m.
- Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
We are closed on weekends as well as all statutory holidays. Special appointment times on weekends can be arranged by calling 306-347-2273.
