Workplace Mindfulness
This program explores what it means to practice mindfulness in both daily life and the workplace. Participants will learn how to recognize competing demands, identify what is most important in a given situation, and prioritize effectively. The program emphasizes the ability to check in with oneself, assess areas of stress, and develop strategies to work through those challenges. Incorporating elements of time management, stress management, and self-awareness, this workshop equips staff with practical tools to practice mindfulness in both their personal and professional lives.
Grief in the Workplace

The Roots Feed the Tree: De-Stigmatizing Mental Health and Substance Use Challenges
When we see a tree, we notice the trunk, branches, and leaves—but the roots that support it remain unseen. Similarly, in mental health and substance use, we often focus on visible behaviors while overlooking the deep systemic factors—such as family, culture, history, economics, and racism—that influence these challenges.
This presentation explores these underlying “roots” and highlights the opportunities for communities to show care, build connection, and share resources, emphasizing that while addressing mental health and addiction is complex, meaningful support is possible.
Conflict in the Workplace
Do you experience conflict in your workplace? People handle conflict in different ways—some confront it directly, while others avoid it. This program equips workers and organizations with practical tools and skills for engaging and resolving conflict in a measured, collaborative, and safe way.
Designed for workplaces looking to strengthen culture, the workshop helps teams anticipate conflict and respond constructively, promoting healthier interactions and a more resilient work environment.
