Heather VanStarkenburg
                             COUNSELLOR

Many men and women have experienced trauma from a variety of experiences. These experiences can be very painful. You may feel unsure about how to process what you have been through. I serve adults including those who are survivors of abuse, complex PTSD, mental illness and addiction using EMDR and an IFS informed approach. I am registered with Victims Services. I support adults to understand how the painful experience impacts your mental, emotional, physical, behavioural, and spiritual well-being. I support clients to not only recover, but to thrive in our work together, and am open to spirituality from the client’s perspective.
